About the Role:

Invision Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading construction company to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor for a flagship scheme. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting monthly progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors, organising pre-start meetings, distributing tender documentation, analysing subcontractor tender packages, awarding subcontractor packages, and preparing and reviewing Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors
  • Organise pre-start meetings with relevant subcontractors
  • Distribute tender documentation to subcontractors
  • Analyse subcontractor tender packages
