Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Class 1 HGV Driver to join our team at Gist Spalding. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods between our depots, warehouses, and customers safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport goods between our depots, warehouses, and customers using single or double-deck trailers.
  • Ensure products are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Adhere to our Health & Safety regulations at all times.
  • Perform manual handling tasks, including tipping the vehicle and loading/unloading products.
Requirements
  • Class 1 licence with at least 18 months of driving experience.
  • A maximum of 6 endorsements with no accidents in the last 12 months and no points for drinking or consuming illegal substances while driving.
  • Manual handling of goods or multi-drop experience is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 CPC units.
