Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in the role of QA Engineer 2 - CAPA. This role will be responsible for managing the CAPA process for our Witney site, ensuring that all non-conformances, potential non-conformances, and deviations are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CAPA process for the Witney site, including project managing non-conformances, potential non-conformances, and deviations.
  • Lead cross-functional team activities to investigate root causes and identify corrective actions.
  • Project manage CAPA/PA/Corrections/Effectiveness Checks within the CAPA system.
  • Track and trend CAPA metrics to ensure compliance and quality.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of quality management systems, including cGMP and ISO requirements. You will also need to have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
