Job Title: Lead Therapist

Reed is seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Therapist to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our therapy department, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of evidence-based group and one-to-one therapy sessions, ensuring clinical oversight, and liaising with various departments to provide a seamless experience for service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the delivery of group and individual therapy sessions, ensuring high-quality care and effective outcomes.
  • Provide clinical and managerial supervision to the therapy team, promoting continuous development and quality improvement.
  • Lead the strategic development of therapy programs, implementing new modalities and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Manage a caseload of patients, including planning and evaluating interventions, and ensuring efficient management of team resources.
  • Provide clinical input on complex cases and deliver supervision to team members, fostering an open and honest dialogue within the therapy department.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Head of Therapies, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Postgraduate Diploma/Doctorate in Counselling/Psychotherapy or Counselling Psychology/Clinical Psychology.
  • Experience in an inpatient mental health setting is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality therapy programs.
