About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Night Porter to join our team at Future Inn Bristol. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of our hotel, ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and reception area, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the security and safety of our hotel, guests, and staff
  • Perform front desk and reception duties, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries
  • Monitor and maintain the hotel's security systems, including CCTV and access control
  • Conduct regular patrols of the hotel and its surroundings to prevent and detect any security breaches
  • Assist with the preparation of the hotel for the day ahead, including setting up meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including databases and other software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Reasonable fitness level, as the role may require standing for long periods and lifting light objects
