We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Edwards & Pearce Limited. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor to develop their skills in private client law and contribute to the growth of our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the drafting of Wills and Estate Planning documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit applications for Court Protection, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support to clients, including Lasting Power of Attorney and Estate Planning services.
