Job Responsibilities:


As an Air Conditioning Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Performing both scheduled and emergency maintenance on air conditioning units across various facilities.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting system malfunctions effectively.
  • Conducting regular inspections and servicing of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Engaging with clients to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Complying with health and safety standards and internal policies.

Compensation and Benefits:


We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per year, along with:

  • 25 days of annual leave plus 8 public holidays.
  • Pension scheme.

Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant certifications in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
  • Essential F-Gas Certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar maintenance position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A valid UK driving license.

Technical Expertise:


Experience with various air conditioning technologies, including:

  • VRV/VRF systems, split systems, and chillers.
  • Understanding of control systems and Building Management Systems (BMS).
