About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our Infrastructure Software team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive profitable market share growth
  • Negotiate key tenders and large deals with vendors
  • Optimize sales results through vendor portfolio management and business development initiatives
  • Build successful proposals by gathering customer information and planning effective approaches
  • Take solution and service offerings to market, including TaaS
  • Own quarterly vendor business planning and execution
  • Drive overall vendor management and deliver value to customers while maintaining expected margin returns
  • Enable sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as a trusted advisor
  • Maintain knowledge of assigned vendor product/service lines and communicate effectively with customers
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of strategic direction and challenges
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders
  • Experience in services and solution selling, strategic planning, and business case development
  • Proven ability to self-manage in an external environment
  • Business planning experience with strong operational cadence
