Senior Care Assistant Job Opportunity

A dynamic and compassionate Senior Care Assistant is sought to join our exceptional care home in the Southport, Merseyside area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care to our residents, enabling them to live their later life well.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of care assistants to provide exceptional care to residents
  • Support residents with personal care needs and encourage participation in activities that promote health and wellbeing
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Passionate about caring for older people
  • Previous care experience
  • Leadership and coaching skills to motivate a team to deliver high-quality care
  • Kind, warm, and caring nature with excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and use initiative when needed
