About the Role

Job Summary

The AV Project Specialist will be responsible for consulting, designing, planning, and implementing technical projects, working closely with Senior and Principal Technical Consultants, Presale Architects, and other teams as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate solutions at kick-off calls and configure rooms according to client specifications
  • Program audio DSPs, run testing documentation, and obtain client sign-off
  • Support the Sales and Presales teams to provide technical expertise required to close sales opportunities and propose solutions to better serve customers

Requirements

  • Proven track record and exposure to design and delivery against Yealink, Logitech, HP Poly, QSC, Shure, BIAMP, Kramer, Extron, Crestron, Cisco Teams Meeting Rooms, and Microsoft Surface Hub
  • Experience in deployment of AV meeting room spaces, including divisible spaces and enhanced audio installations
  • Thorough understanding of Networking protocols and troubleshooting as part of AV design and commissioning
  • Ability to visualize a space and translate it into a premium AV area/room, considering lighting, acoustics, and elevation to meet client requirements
  • Maintains industry-recognized technical relevance through diverse experiences, vendor certifications, training, relationships, and participation in industry events
  • Exceptional skills in time-management, planning, and communication
  • Commercial awareness to safeguard Cisilion's interests across all aspects of professional services delivery
  • Continual knowledge and experience in technical infrastructure hardware, software, and solutions, across relevant fields

Certifications

  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)
  • Additional relevant certifications in one or more of the following areas: Dante, Crestron, Extron, AMX, BIAMP, QSC
