Job Overview:
We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Machine Operators to join our expanding team. This role involves working 12-hour shifts in a rotating pattern of 3 days on, 3 days off, 3 nights on, and 3 nights off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery to maintain efficient production levels.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues to reduce downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Accurately record production data and complete necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
