Job Overview

Position: Factory Technical Manager

The primary focus of this role is to guarantee the application and upkeep of Technical Standards within site operations, prioritizing Food Safety, Product Quality, and Integrity. This is achieved through effective communication, comprehensive auditing, and nurturing an 'Audit Ready' culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical team to ensure high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Manage and enhance quality management systems.
  • Support and facilitate technical audits.
  • Promote a culture of quality assurance across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree related to food science, experience in a chilled food environment, and exhibit strong communication and leadership abilities. The role demands a logical, thorough, and resilient individual capable of analyzing and addressing root causes effectively.
