Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide nursing services, treatments, and preventative procedures to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the frail or elderly population and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality in-home nursing care to patients, including nursing services, treatments, and preventative procedures.
- Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate for the client's care and safety.
- Teach, supervise, and counsel patients and caregivers regarding nursing care needs and other related problems.
- Collaborate with the home health aide to ensure high-quality care is provided.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- 6+ months' experience working with the frail or elderly population.
- Bilingual Spanish or other language preferred but not required.
