About the Role

AQA and AQA Affiliates are seeking two experienced Marketing Propositions Leads to join our newly formed Marketing Propositions team. As a key member of the team, you will leverage a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and behavior as well as organisational strengths to establish competitive positions for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop marketing propositions and go-to-market strategies that drive awareness and demand, ensuring we stand out in the market.
  • Identify and advance strategic brand partnerships that align with our business objectives.
  • Leverage market research and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy and proposition development.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on evidence-based insight.
  • Ability to sell ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and share them clearly.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on ROI and market opportunities.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Comfortable working in uncertain conditions, making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo.
  • Resilience and confidence to guide teams and stand by your insights when challenged.
  • A curious, proactive, energetic, and positive attitude.
