Stride Resource Management Ltd is a prominent RICS accredited firm specializing in surveying services tailored for the insurance industry.

A dedicated team is being established to concentrate solely on Major Loss claims pertaining to both residential and commercial properties. As a Major Loss Project Surveyor, you will enjoy the flexibility of remote work while being required to travel to client locations within a 2-3 hour radius.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster robust relationships with Adjusters, Contractors, and Policyholders
  • Provide tailored solutions that align with the expectations of Loss Adjusters and Policyholders
  • Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle to keep all stakeholders updated
  • Prepare timely reports and project documentation, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and Planning requirements
  • Accurately complete contract documentation and administrative tasks
  • Uphold Health & Safety standards and comply with CDM 2015 regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Surveyor or Project Manager within the insurance sector
  • Chartered MRICS / FRICS status with a track record in managing projects exceeding £100k
  • Strong focus on relationship building and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Proactive mindset towards project execution
  • Valid UK driving license and readiness to travel as necessary
