Job Overview

DPD Group UK is seeking a skilled Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely delivery of parcels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload parcels from vehicles
  • Drive a 3.5-tonne van and make multi-drop collections and deliveries
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a professional manner
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road

Requirements:

  • Held a full UK driving licence and had regular driving experience for 12 months or more
  • Ability to lift, load, and carry parcels
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
