We are seeking a skilled New Homes Sales professional to join our team in Sittingbourne. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our New Homes business.

You will work closely with our Premium Developer partners, selling a contemporary collection of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in New Homes sales or those looking to transition from Estate Agency.

What We Offer

A competitive package, including a basic salary of £15,000 and on-target earnings of £24,000. You will also enjoy a 3-day working week, with a Saturday, Sunday, and Monday schedule from 10am to 5pm.

Benefits

A range of benefits, including holiday commission, 33 days paid holiday (pro rata), plus an additional day's holiday for your birthday. You will also receive pension, life insurance, company rewards, and incentives, a structured career path, and an employee assistance scheme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers, establishing great relationships and helping them make their dream move.
  • Recognize opportunities to offer additional products and services.
  • Initiate potential leads and refer customers to relevant colleagues.

  • Experience in New Homes sales (essential).
  • Confidence, a fantastic telephone manner, and a genuine love of helping customers.
  • Naturally professional, organized, and with a great work ethic.
