A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading M&E Service Provider in Guildford, Surrey. This role offers a competitive salary of £41,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a continental shift pattern consisting of 2 days working, 3 days off, 3 days working, 2 days off etc.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks
  2. Carrying out Fault Clearance and Urgent Repairs (FCU)
  3. Testing and maintaining emergency lighting systems
  4. Conducting fire alarm testing and maintenance
  5. Ensuring the smooth operation of UPS and BMS systems
  6. Maintaining generators and 3 Phase power supplies
  7. Carrying out AHU and water treatment system maintenance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance
  2. City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical installation or equivalent
  3. 18th edition certification
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. A clean Full UK Driving Licence
