We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe. As a key member of our factory operations, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of the factory to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of food safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a high level of cleanliness and organization in the factory.
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in food safety and hygiene.

Shift Pattern:**

C Shift: Friday and Monday 20.00-06.00 and Saturday and Sunday 17.00-03.00 hrs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a factory or cleaning environment preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
