Our department is known for providing exceptional legal advice on a wide range of Private Client matters, including Tax & Estate Planning, Wills & Probate, Trusts, and Court of Protection cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare wills and lasting powers of attorney
  • Obtain grants of probate
  • Advise on estate planning, tax, and trusts
  • Manage a range of other Private Client matters

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Private Client work, with a strong background in Tax & Estate Planning, Wills & Probate, Trusts, and Court of Protection cases
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning, tax, and trusts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
