Job Description

Accountancy Elite is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing accounts for various business entities, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
  • Leading ISA-compliant statutory audits on behalf of clients.
  • Full involvement in planning stages of both accounting and audit assignments.
  • Training and supervising junior members of staff to support their development.
  • Regular use of cloud-based accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks.

Requirements:

  • Either ACCA/ACA qualified or QBE with 4 years UK practice experience at a minimum.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good all-round team-working skills with the ability to manage own deadlines.
