**Job Summary**

This is a Senior Management leadership role responsible for providing commercial support to the Head of Pre-Contracts and overseeing the negotiation and delivery of key contracts that are crucial to CityFibre's strategic fibre build plans.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Collaborate closely with the Legal team to draft and finalize key contracts.
  2. Develop and define contractor strategies and oversee their implementation in designated regions.

**Requirements**

  1. Degree level or substantial experience in a similar role.
  2. Experience in contracting including NEC3 contracts, from preparation through to negotiation and administration.
  3. Demonstrated ability to build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple cross-functional teams.
  4. Commercially astute and aware with significant experience within a commercial role, ideally with experience in telecoms / FTTP / FTTH infrastructure.
  5. Breadth of experience in supplier engagement.
