Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Deichmann Shoes UK. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our stores in the Cheshire area, covering and supporting various stores, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Motivate the Team: Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service, lead by example in promoting and upselling products, and manage resources, draft rotas, and work within allocated budgets.
- Stock Management: Oversee stock management, utilize reports effectively for decision-making, and ensure implementation and maintenance of all company standards such as merchandising and administration.
- Recruit and Develop the Team: Recruit and develop the team, and meet KPIs and uphold company standards.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Hands-on leader with experience in retail or a related sector, and a positive, flexible approach with a can-do attitude.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, and confidence and skills to motivate, coach, and inspire the team.
- Organizational Skills: Methodical, organized, and structured approach to work, and numerically inclined and proficient with figures.
