We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Helpdesk Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team of Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Experts at Workpoint Recruitment.

The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and will be responsible for providing support on the reactive maintenance help desk for clients and contractors.

Main duties of the role include:

  • Providing administrative support to the facilities management team.
  • Inputting job requests and works orders via the Qube/Planet software system.
  • Responding to telephone calls from a dedicated direct maintenance telephone line.
  • Chasing contractors for updates and completion on all works carried out.
  • Arranging quotations on any costed works.
  • Operating within a team and promoting amicable working relationships.
  • Reporting any issues that prevent the fulfilment of tasks to the Head of Facilities Management.
  • Processing contractor invoices.
  • Carrying out other duties for the company as reasonably required from time to time.
  • Preparing reports for key clients.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional prioritization, planning, and communication skills, and be able to deal with a wide range of people from Managing Directors to contractors.
