Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a seasoned General Foreman to join their team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement daily construction programs in line with the company's construction program.
  • Collaborate with the project manager, site engineer, and construction manager to plan and review project progress.
  • Optimize the use of site resources, including labor, machinery, materials, and sub-contractors, to achieve timely project completion.
  • Identify and document potential contract variations and notify the project manager or construction manager promptly.
  • Ensure all site personnel adhere to the company's SHEQ policies and procedures.
  • Complete quality checklists as required.
  • As a seasoned foreman, you will ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification, have experience working on large projects, and possess previous supervisory experience.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working on large civil engineering projects.
