Reinsurance Purchasing Role

This is a key position within the IPS Group's central reinsurance purchasing team for a global syndicate. The successful candidate will work closely with the hiring manager to assist with the purchasing of reinsurance for all lines of business written within London and overseas offices.

The ideal candidate will have a hard-working and proactive approach, coupled with an analytical mindset. This role requires someone who can work effectively in a small team and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the purchasing of reinsurance for all lines of business
  • Working closely with the hiring manager to learn the ropes and develop skills
  • Developing into a pure reinsurance purchasing role in the future

This is a busy and varied role that requires a flexible and adaptable individual. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to travel and gain exposure to complex renewals.
