Job Summary

The FM Asset Focal Point is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise in asset management. As a key member of the Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and ensuring the efficient delivery of platform services.

Main Responsibilities

HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality)

  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective environmental management systems.
  • Contribute to the development of quality management systems.

COMMERCIAL

  • Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies.

CUSTOMER

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in a similar role.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-workload environments.
  • Industry knowledge (desirable).
  • Experience within a similar or supervisory role (desirable).
  • Good background in insulation (desirable).
  • Sound knowledge of a core discipline and possess good working knowledge of scaffolding, painting, insulation, and rigging.
