Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. As a school, we prioritize the well-being and education of our pupils, and we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
  • Level 2 qualification or above in supporting children in learning
  • Pay rate: £12.90-£14 per hour
  • Opportunity to work with students with special needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide learning support for pupils in small groups
  • Supervise and assist students with their educational needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment
