We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Brewhouse & Kitchen in Southbourne. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our brewpub, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.
About the RoleAs our General Manager, you will be the ultimate leader, setting the tone and culture within our brewpub. You will be an expert at getting the best out of people, able to coach and develop your team to deliver flawless execution and service within a fun and supportive environment. We value your work/life balance, therefore all of our General Managers are contracted to work 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Lead shifts, including opening and closing the brewpub
- Manage front of house, a robust kitchen operation, and the microbrewery
- Ensure operational standards are met, trading the brewpub in a safe, legal, and compliant way
- Have full ownership of your brewpub P&L and lead business growth initiatives
- Act as the key contact for the community in your site and be a decision maker
