Job Title: Minibus Driver Cat D1

The Best Connection is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Minibus Driver to join our team in the Rochester area. As a Minibus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students with special educational needs (SEN) to and from schools, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a Minibus safely and efficiently to and from schools, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Assist passengers with SEN, providing emotional and physical support as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with a Passenger Assistant to ensure a smooth and safe journey.
  • Report for duty at 06:00 for the AM run and 13:00 for the PM run, with a guaranteed 6 hours of work per day.
  • Participate in relevant safety training to operate the vehicle safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Valid CPC and Tacho card.
  • Driving Licence with D1/D entitlement.
  • Enhanced DBS check (we can provide this for free if needed).
