Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team at Calibre Search. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain and repair buildings, including:

  • Building Maintenance: Repairing roofs, walls, floors, and other structural elements
  • Plumbing and Drainage: Unblocking drains, toilets, urinals, and sinks, and repairing leaking taps and washers
  • Painting and Decorating: Carrying out minor painting repairs and touch-ups
  • Car Park and Yard Works: Performing maintenance tasks on car parks and yards, including roller shutter repairs

Requirements:

  • Experience working in commercial premises, particularly in the retail sector
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Basic plumbing and electrical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
