Production Test Engineer Role

At Ultra I&C's Cyber business, we are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to contribute to our busy Production team at an exciting time.

Based on-site at our state-of-the-art facility in Maidenhead, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of products at different levels, from PCB to System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough testing and fault finding to component level, including environmental testing.
  • Collaborate with the test team to ensure products meet test schedule parameters prior to delivery.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and providing accurate communication on technical matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in testing complex RF and digital PCB modules and microprocessor-based equipment, preferably in a military/defence-based organisation or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in using both bench test equipment and automated test equipment.
  • Relevant qualifications in Electronic engineering or equivalent, such as OND/ONC standard.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal customers.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
