Transform the Insurance Industry with Us

We're seeking a seasoned Insurance Sector Director to join our collaborative global team within the Quantexa Sales division. As a key player in our continued growth within the UK Insurance sector, you'll provide thought leadership, industry expertise, and innovation to drive market growth and enhance our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently deliver against sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy and go-to-market plan for the Insurance Sector in collaboration with the EMEA Insurance Sector Lead and other EMEA Sales Directors.
  • Network and present at industry events to establish thought leadership and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, Solution Engineering, and Solution Success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in solution selling within the Insurance sector across the EMEA region.
  • Strong commercial and entrepreneurial qualities, with the ability to spot market changes and react effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and solutionize with customers.
  • A good understanding of Insurance sector issues and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.
