Your Role

As a Principal Engineer, you will be instrumental in steering our technical vision and ensuring excellence across our engineering teams. Your leadership will provide essential guidance and expertise, while you also dedicate a significant portion of your time to hands-on coding.

This role demands a comprehensive understanding of our technology stack, which is centered around a backend Rails API, complemented by Native clients and various interconnected services. Your ability to lead specialist engineers in tackling intricate challenges is vital.

  • Facilitate code reviews and pairing sessions to uphold quality and performance standards.
  • Bridge the gap between frontend and backend teams, fostering collaboration and innovative thinking.
