We are seeking a highly skilled General Counsel with a strong focus on contract law to oversee all legal aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts. As General Counsel, you will play a critical role in our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to the CEO, executive team, and sales team on contract law and related legal issues.
• Oversee and manage the company's legal department and external legal counsel, particularly in areas related to contract law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, with a particular focus on contractual obligations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and minimize risk in contract management.
• Stay abreast of legislative and regulatory changes that may impact the company and provide proactive advice.
• Handle intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights, with a focus on contract implications.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on legal matters and company policies, with an emphasis on contract management and compliance.
