Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Land Acquisition Manager to join our team at TDM Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new land opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with agents, landowners, and other stakeholders to identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
  • Site Identification: Conduct site visits and research to identify suitable land for development.
  • Deal Negotiation: Negotiate deals with landowners and agents to secure land acquisitions.
  • Project Coordination: Work with the Land Director to coordinate land acquisition projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate deals and secure land acquisitions.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the land acquisition market and ability to identify opportunities.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of circa £50k - £65k plus package, and the opportunity to work with a leading developer in the industry.
