Advanced Nurse Practitioner Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate senior nurse or AHP to join our team as a Divisional Director of Nursing and Therapies. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to our nursing and AHP workforce, ensuring that we deliver high-quality, safe, and effective care to our patients.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of health professional therapy and best practice, particularly within speciality areas, and will be able to apply this knowledge to drive transformation and improvement in our services. You will work closely with our Associate Director and Associate Medical Director to ensure that our services have a clear clinical model of care delivery and that staff understand their roles and inputs in relation to this.
Key Responsibilities- Provide senior strategic visible clinical and professional leadership for nursing and AHPs, promoting quality, innovation, productivity, and performance that improves quality of care and patient outcomes.
- Work with the Associate Director and Associate Medical Director to ensure that services have a clear clinical model of care delivery and that staff understand their roles and inputs in relation to this.
- Hold overall responsibility for the standard of nursing and AHP care across all care pathways within the service delivery unit/s.
- Provide strategic and operational nursing and AHP input at a senior leadership level to ensure appropriate advice is provided to the clinical management teams.
- Registered Nurse (Mental Health/Learning Disabilities) or Registered Allied Health Professional with relevant experience.
- NMC or HCPC current registration.

- Evidence of up to date personal and continuing professional development.
- Management/leadership qualification.
