Join our team of experienced conveyancers at Alexander Mae (Bristol) Ltd, a leading law firm in the UK. We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join our New Homes team in Bristol.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team, managing a caseload of new build purchase matters and related sales. You will be responsible for undertaking and overseeing tasks such as reporting to Lenders, reviewing key documentation and resolving client Due diligence issues.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of new build purchase matters and related sales
  • Undertake and oversee tasks such as reporting to Lenders, reviewing key documentation and resolving client Due diligence issues
  • Work closely with unit leaders and other colleagues, liaising with Developers, Housing Associations and other Stakeholders
  • Collaborate with a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Administrator to provide a first-class service
  • Ensure all appropriate quality service and compliance for all matters are met
Requirements
  • Prior experience in conveyancing
  • Experience of working property transactions and handling a busy caseload
  • Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Logical and step-by-step problem-solving skills
