Job Overview

JD Ross Energy is seeking a highly skilled Contract and Bid Manager to join their team. As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage opportunities from initial customer identification to contract win and renewal strategy
  • Ensure quality, content, and timeliness in all bidding phases, creating customer responses, offers, and contractual queries
  • Support business growth through customer-facing discussions and negotiating contractual terms
  • Cross-functional collaboration to structure bids and ensure project stage gates are met
  • Qualify bids using standardised tools and methodology, identifying risks and issues
  • Handover contracts to Commercial and Operational teams, ensuring maximum effectiveness in bidding/renewal phases

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of commercial and legal contract terminology
  • Ability to craft/draft contractual agreements and clauses
  • P & L understanding and costing modelling
