General Manager Opportunity

Quarsh | B Corp Certified is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead its Birmingham site. As a global leader in its field, the company prioritizes sustainability and has a strong track record of providing services to prominent brands.

The ideal candidate will be a driven and motivated professional with a proven ability to progress businesses through commitment to circular services, CSR, and net zero targets while driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities will include analysing and discussing profit and loss statements, leading teams to deliver strong results, and building highly performing teams. The successful candidate will be an influencer, able to work effectively with people at all levels across the organisation.

Requirements include a degree-level qualification and experience of driving performance in a similar role, where high customer service levels are essential to ensure continued success.
