Activity Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team at Bupa. As the chief fun officer, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant and joy-filled atmosphere for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement activity plans that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
- Organize and lead morning and afternoon activity sessions, including arts and crafts, baking, book clubs, and pub quizzes.
- Collaborate with our care teams to create tailored activity plans that promote physical and mental well-being.
- Liaise with external companies and performers to organize days out and events at the home.
- Support residents with one-to-one activities, such as reminiscing, puzzles, reading, or simply enjoying a cup of tea and a chat.
- Assist with social media management and content creation to promote our activities and engage with our community.
We are looking for a creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to manage budgets, maintain paperwork, and prioritize tasks effectively. A passion for caring for others and making a positive impact on people's lives is essential.
