About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Maths Teacher to join our team at Horizon Care & Education. As a Maths Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students with complex special educational needs.

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive Maths lessons to students with SEMH needs
  • Develop and implement tailored Maths programs to meet the needs of our students
  • Collaborate with the therapeutic team to ensure a holistic approach to education
  • Contribute to the development of our Maths curriculum and resources
