About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced legal professional to join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team within the Yü Group. As a Litigation Specialist, you will play a key role in handling a caseload of pre-action and litigated matters, working closely with our clients to provide expert advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of cases, including pre-action and litigated matters
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on litigation and dispute resolution strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless case management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution, preferably within a commercial or debt recovery context
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
