About the Role

As a Public Relations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive public relations strategy in line with Brand Marketing plans
  • Maintaining an active press office, including liaising with media regarding new products, seasonal launches, and new trends
  • Preparing and distributing press materials, such as press releases and media kits
  • Supporting on press and influencer event management, including coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution
  • Managing brand ambassador relationships and briefs, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication
  • Preparing copy for product descriptions in collaboration with the e-commerce team, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Creating regular blog posts for the website, showcasing company news, trends, and expertise
  • Assisting with the development of video content for the website and social channels, including scriptwriting and editing
  • Assisting at photoshoots, including ordering products, helping to select and organize models, booking locations, attending shoots, and helping to finalize assets
  • Working with the Social Media Manager to create social posts, including influencer content, and ensuring consistent branding
  • Assisting on budget management, ensuring effective allocation and ROI
  • PR and competitor reporting, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Keeping all media and product databases up to date, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

About You

We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and creative team player with:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in public relations and influencer marketing
  • A solid understanding of the media & influencer landscape, including current trends and best practices
  • Experience of preparing written copy, including press materials and social media content
  • An understanding of social media channels and their role in public relations
  • Experience of working in retail, fashion, or lingerie is a plus
