About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join our dynamic team at Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions. As a key member of our EHS function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective EHS strategies and programs to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain EHS documentation, including policies, procedures, and training records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in EHS roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Formal EHS qualification, such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
