Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Inspecting Goods: Verify the accuracy and quality of all incoming goods, including ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring expiration dates, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, resolve any issues or discrepancies, and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Stockroom Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with the kitchen team, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
