Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Prepare and manage project reports, including financial and progress updates
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
