We are seeking an experienced Import Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our Uxbridge site. As an Import Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating import operations, including sourcing, repairs, and return material authorisation (RMA), as well as collaborating with stakeholders such as carriers, freight forwarders, and custom brokers to optimise the importation process.

You will also support Customs Compliance, controlling the IPR process from RMA to Bill of Discharge, working closely with import brokers to ensure compliance with import and trade regulations, preparing and submitting accurate customs clearance instructions.

Additionally, you will organise and maintain comprehensive shipment records, ensuring that documentation is complete and accessible for audit purposes, verifying/reviewing shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs requirements.

As an Import Logistics Coordinator, you will work closely with internal teams with high professional standards, proactively communicating with external partners to resolve issues.

We are looking for a team player with the ability to work independently, who has an eye for detail and can get things right. You will also need to know how to listen and communicate effectively with others.

Key skills and experience include manufacturing sector experience, proven import process experience for a manufacturing organisation with IPR process experience, established experience of import processes within a manufacturing environment including Returned Goods Relief.
