As a Senior Water Treatment Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing delivery of multiple water treatment contracts. You will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction and seek opportunities for account growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage the day-to-day account management of multiple water treatment and hygiene accounts.
  • Contract Setup: Support the setup of contract delivery at the beginning of new contracts.
  • Client Communication: Respond to ongoing client requests and compliance issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor operational performance and raise any issues with the delivery team as required.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial key performance indicators (KPIs) and take actions with accounts to ensure they remain on budget.
  • Account Reviews: Conduct account reviews to identify potential reasons for account loss and explore up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contract renewals with accounts.
  • Business Development: Work closely with the business development team to support any new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in account management and demonstrated sales skills and ability to meet targets.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation, planning, and organizational skills, with a working knowledge of industry guidance such as ACOP L8, HSG274, BS 2486:1997.
  • Education: Self-motivated with strong IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Licenses: Full UK driving license.
