Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you'll provide personalized support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care
